If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can exchange any full priced product within 14 days of purchase, provided it is unopened and in perfect condition by returning it to our physical store in person or by post at your expense. Valid proof of purchase is required.

If you would like to exchange an item via post, the cost of postage is at the customers expense.
We do not offer refunds for Change of Mind, however if the item is faulty, we will gladly offer a replacement. In the event we cannot provide a replacement in a reasonable time-frame, we will refund the purchase price of any faulty products. Please return the faulty item to store with valid proof of purchase.
Personal details will need to be provided to obtain an exchange or refund.
Postage of an item back to us in the event of a faulty item will be at the cost of the customer while we determine the cause.
Photos of the damaged items will be requested and can be sent to us via email.
